Through my ongoing pet care work, I’ve learned to be reliable, patient, and attentive to detail. Communicating regularly with pet owners has helped me build confidence in providing updates and handling responsibility independently. It’s also strengthened my time management and ability to stay organised under a routine.

During a short-term pet sitting placement, I gained experience in following daily routines and maintaining a clean, safe environment. It taught me the importance of consistency, care, and being proactive when handling responsibilities on my own. I also improved my communication skills by keeping owners regularly updated.

During my time at IG Trading Company, I had the opportunity to support several departments, including IT, Compliance, and HR. My main responsibilities involved hardware setup, troubleshooting, and assisting with onboarding new employees. Working across different teams helped me understand how tech supports business operations, while strengthening my communication, adaptability, and attention to detail in a professional setting.

As part of a coursework project, I worked on developing and managing social media content for a small business. This experience helped me improve my creativity, digital communication, and ability to analyse audience engagement. It also taught me how to present ideas clearly and adapt content to suit different platforms.

I completed my GCSEs at Chelsea Academy between 2018 and 2023, achieving 8 qualifications in subjects including English, Maths, Science, History, and Spanish. These subjects helped me build a strong foundation in both analytical thinking and communication, which continue to support me in my current studies and career goals.

At South Thames College, I studied the BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Information Technology. Through units like IT Systems (Unit 1), Creating Systems to Manage Information (Unit 2), Using Social Media in Business (Unit 3), and Website Development (Unit 6), I developed practical skills in database management, digital marketing, and web design. This course helped strengthen my problem-solving, technical, and creative thinking abilities—all essential in today’s digital world

As part of my BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Information Technology at Capital City College, I’ve been able to deepen my skills in areas like project planning, cybersecurity, and data analysis. I’ve worked on developing digital products, managing IT projects from start to finish, and exploring how emerging technologies are used in real-world scenarios. This hands-on experience has helped me become more organised, detail-oriented, and confident in using a wide range of IT tools and methods to solve problems and present ideas effectively.
